At the 10th ASSA Board Meeting, member institutions shared about their "Good Practices" articles on "Customer-focused Service Delivery". Dr Nguyen Huy Ban, Director General of VSS, was confirmed as Chairman of ASSA for the next term, after Mr Somchai Wattana, Secretary General of Social Security Office, Thailand had successfully completed his tenure as ASSA Chairman. In addition, the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation from the Philippines was officially admitted as a member of ASSA at this meeting.
