11th ASSA Board Meeting in Singapore, 2003.

Delegates from all the 10 ASSA member institutions of 7 ASEAN countries attended the Pre-ASSA Board Meeting Seminar and the 11th ASSA Board Meeting hosted by the Central Provident Fund Board, Singapore. Representatives from Laos and ISSA were also present as observers at the 2 events.
