The 2nd ASSA Board Meeting was graced by the presence of 30 delegates from Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Vietnam was officially admitted as a member of ASSA at this meeting. Brunei and Laos attended this meeting as observers.
